Please remember, that while we are doing our best, people can invite friends and guests beyond our control. Treat the chat like any other public chat group.
The club chat community on Whatsapp has several groups:
1. General chat – for announcements and more
2. Weekday Runs – updates, locations or maybe just running late
3. Social Events – From happy hours to big parties
4. Breakfast – Monthly breakfast at Let’s Yolk about it.
5. Other special interest groups – for specific events, race training etc.
Please remember –
- Be kind
- Keep discussion club related, if not sure, ask a board member/admin.
- Keep private messages in direct messages.
- Respect members privacy – Do not share private information (address, phone numbers, etc.) that isn’t yours or without permission.
- Introduce yourself if you want, but don’t nag others to do so.
- Post your message in a single text.
- Use reply and emojis, but don’t abuse it.
- Introduce yourself in person before sending someone a DM
- DM a board member/admin to report any problems

Whatsapp and photos
Photos uploaded to the chat can be automatically download into your phone’s photo gallery.
Follow the steps below to change the setting to your preference.
Android
- Click on the three dots on the top right of the chat, then Group Info in the pop-up menu.
- Click on Media Visibility
- Select your preferred option
Apple
- Click on SFRLB club chat at the top of the screen to get into the settings menu.
- Click on Save to Camera Roll
- Select you preferred option
