The two amendments to the bylaws were approved by the club members in the December 2022 meeting.
Motion A – proposals A, B, C, D: 39 votes “Yes”, 0 votes “No” – the motion is approved.
Motion B- proposal B: 38 votes “Yes”, 1 vote “No” – the motion is approved.
